About Horsham Piano Centre

Established in 1980, Horsham Piano Centre is a family-run business serving Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Guildford, and more. Our 2500 sq ft showroom, with a relaxed atmosphere, houses around 50 new and reconditioned upright, grand, digital pianos, and accessories supported by fully equipped onsite workshops, with parking available in the surrounding areas. We offer a full range of services, including sales, private hire and event hire, removals, storage, and expert repairs and restorations. Staffed by technicians rather than salespeople, our team provides knowledgeable, friendly advice in a relaxed, no-pressure environment for all piano enthusiasts. We stock a wide range of pianos from trusted brands including Kawai, Steinhoven, Ritmuller, and Yamaha. Meet Our Team

Andrew Smith – Founder

Andrew joined the business in 1982, shortly after it was established by his brother Paul. With over 30 years of experience in the piano trade, there is little he doesn't know about pianos. He is involved in all aspects of the business, specialising in the repolishing of instruments, where his meticulous eye for detail ensures every piano is restored to the highest standard.

Shaun Durrant – Co-Owner

Shaun trained in engineering before spending 18 months travelling. On his return, he joined Horsham Piano Centre in 1991, initially part-time. He quickly became full-time and gradually took on more responsibility in the business, becoming co-owner with Andrew by 1999. Shaun plays a key role in the day-to-day management and overall growth of the centre.
